A Super Shroom is a basic healing item found in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars, the Mario & Luigi series, and the Paper Mario series.
History
Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars
In Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars, they are known as Mid Mushrooms, and restore 80 HP to one party member.
Paper Mario series
In Paper Mario, the Mushroom heals 10 HP for one party member. Unlike other Mushrooms, it has a blue cap. Mario can use it to make Life Shrooms with the basic items. Super Shrooms can be bought in Harry's Shop, Boo's Mansion, Yoshi's Village, Shiver City, Star Haven, Rip Cheato, and Bowser's Castle. White Li'l Oinks also leave them.
In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, they can be bought at the Souvenir Shop, Twilight Shop, Keelhaul Galleria, Sales Stall and Northwinds Mart, and can be dropped by certain enemies.

In the Mario & Luigi series, Super Shrooms are referred to as Super Mushrooms. They refill 50 HP in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga and Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions, 40 HP in Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time, and 60 HP in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story, Mario & Luigi: Dream Team, and Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam.
