Master Necky, boss of Monkey Mines.
Master Necky is a giant Necky and the boss of the Monkey Mines in Donkey Kong Country. He is the second boss of the game. In battle, Master Necky shoots coconuts from his beak at Donkey and Diddy Kong. To defeat this enormous bird, Donkey or Diddy must use the bouncy tire in the middle of the bird’s banana lair to Jump up high and stomp Master Necky’s head. After enough hits, Master Necky collapses, and Donkey Kong recovers his Giant Bananas.
Trivia
- Interestingly enough, the player never gets to see Master Necky’s whole body. Only his head appears on the screen.
- Master Necky Snr., the sixth boss of Donkey Kong Country, may be Master Necky’s father.
