Name
In game it is called the Sliding Haymaker shouldn’t it bo called that? [-]€40 分@4¡0 (talk) 14:51, April 6, 2019 (EDT)
- "(called sliding haymaker by a Save Block)" It's already on the page. Sliding punch is used more commonly. 14:56, April 6, 2019 (EDT)
But it just dosen’t make sense to use a non in-game name when there is one. Also I just beat the game and everywhere I checked it was called The Sliding Haymaker. I just don’t get it... [-]€40 分@4¡0 (talk) 18:37, April 6, 2019 (EDT)
- Where did you get that name anyway? [-]€40 分@4¡0 (talk) 17:43, April 8, 2019 (EDT)
- From the Prima guide. TheDarkStar 17:51, April 8, 2019 (EDT)
- FROM THERE! Oh that makes things more difficult should we go by The offical Nintendo name or the Prima guide name... Maybe I should make a propulsal? [-]€40 分@4¡0 (talk) 18:00, April 8, 2019 (EDT)
- I really think I remember both being used in the original. In fact, I think I only recall seeing the "haymaker" thing by a save description, and noticing that because of how odd a name it seemed at the time. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 18:01, April 8, 2019 (EDT)
- Let me check my copy of the remake on my 3ds real quick. [-]€40 分@4¡0 (talk) 18:02, April 8, 2019 (EDT)

I can't look through the entire game anymore, but anyone know of a script dump we could look through? Google turns up nothing. (Also, a Save Block description is still in game.) 18:03, April 8, 2019 (EDT)
- Yeah, I'm pretty sure in dialog it was called a sliding punch. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 18:04, April 8, 2019 (EDT)
