The Barrel Train is a locomotive operated by Donkey Kong that appears in the game Mario Party 8. It appears exclusively on the Shy Guy's Perplex Express board.
The Barrel Train will appear whenever a player lands on a DK Space, replacing the train's current locomotive, which could be either Shy Guy's standard one, or Bowser's Bad-Breath Express. In Party mode, the first player who reaches the Barrel Train will be given a Star from DK for free. In Star Battle Arena, DK will double the player's coin total.
The Barrel Train will leave either after someone reaches it, or if somebody lands on a Bowser Space. If the player lands on a Bowser Space, the Bad-Breath Express will come, instead.
