Template:Minigame-infobox Tooth Trouble is one of Dribble and Spitz's microgames in WarioWare: Twisted! It returns in WarioWare Gold as one of Penny's microgames.
Gameplay
The purpose of the game is to remove the cavity inside the mouth, tilting the Game Boy Advance to move the mouth and pressing to remove the cracked, pink tooth.
- 1st level difficulty: The tooth will be big.
- 2nd level difficulty: The tooth will be small.
- 3rd level difficulty: There will be two big teeth.

- An extended version of the music heard in this microgame can be heard in Wario's introductory cutscene in WarioWare: Touched!
