Fixing Useless Redirects

I'm currently fixing redirects, but the Fourth Wall redirect is used on talk pages. While other redirects are also used on talk pages, they don't need to be fixed as they're necessary redirects. This redirect is an unnecessary redirect so I don't know whether or not I'll be able to edit user's messages to fix this redirect, so it can be deleted. Fourth Wall is also used on MarioWiki: Main Page Talk Archive 13, which is protected so only an admin would be able to edit it.

Image talk

On this page, at the bottom of the "Where can I talk to others?" section, it says "You cannot leave vulgar, spammish, or inappropriate content in your comments, and as mentioned in image talk, off-topic comments should be rarities." Should this be changed to "file talk", since that is what it is referred to as on the list? --TheFlameChomp (talk) 21:55, 19 June 2017 (EDT)
