Players attempting to find ♪ Blocks in the mini-game, Bound of Music.

Bound of Music is a duel mini-game found in Mario Party 5.

Gameplay

Players attempt to find hidden ♪ Blocks by jumping and punching them. However, the blocks are invisible, so players must jump around until they hit one, at which point it will become solid for a second, indicating it has been hit. Additionally, Brick Blocks which have no value are hidden among the ♪ blocks; hitting one accomplishes nothing. The blocks will periodically glisten, giving the players a general idea of where they are.

At the end of thirty seconds, or when all blocks have been hit, the player with more ♪ Blocks hit wins.
