A Mid Mushroom is a health-recovery item found in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. It has a green cap with white spots. When used, a member of the party recovers 80 HP by eat this mushroom. Its effects to recover HP are more powerful than a common Mushroom, but not as powerful as a Max Mushroom.
