The Jumpy Dice Block is Luigi's special, green Dice Block from Mario Party: Star Rush. In Toad Scramble, when players have Luigi in the party, he can roll a 1, 1, 1, 5, 6, or 7 to add to the player's total roll. The Jumpy Dice Block has a similar number pool compared to Mario's Super Dice Block, except the numbers in the lower end are more consistent (all 1's) as opposed to having the risk of rolling a 0.
