The Floating Whirlindas used to be the local waltz champions, unfortuanatly they are't allowed to compete anymore because their feet can't touch the ground. The Whirlindas are found in the [[Ball Room]] in the second area of the mansion. They appear after you defeat the Shy Ghosts in the room, and are only capable of being attacked when they dip eachother and are quite easy to catch because they have no attack.
