Plagiarism

Hi. The opening paragraph plagiarizes that of my opening paragraph on 9-Volt in my Mario character FAQ. How do I tag this as such? How can I get rid of it? Spacepope4u 20:49, 3 June 2007 (EDT)

The problem is that also the texts from earlier versions of an article are licensed under the GNU license. That would mean that there is still a copyright violation after replacing the text, because the stolen text is still contained in earlier versions.
