The ice elemental ghost is a spooky, yet vital spirit in Luigi's Mansion. After Luigi has the Ice Elemental Medal, he can shoot streams of cold air from the Poltergust. But first he must suck up one of these critters from something icy, such as a freezer or a bucket of ice. This ghost cannot damage Luigi.
