Ivysaur is a grass-type Pokémon from the Pokémon series. It will also appear in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, as a playable character. Although it is not a standard playable character, it will be one of the three Pokémon used by the Pokémon Trainer, the others being Squirtle and Charizard. Although its fighting abilities are not known at this point, it will be the second Pokémon used in the attack Pokémon Change, coming after Squirtle. Charizard comes after Ivysaur, when Ivysaur is returned.
