Template:Missionbox Hot-Foot-It into the Volcano is the fifth mission of Lethal Lava Land in Super Mario 64 and Super Mario 64 DS. The mission involves climbing to the top of the inside of the volcano.
Layout
The player will start on the main course and will have to cross platforms to get to the volcano in the center of the course. Once there, they will have to jump inside and will be brought to the lowest section of the volcano.
Once inside, the player has to take the path in front of them and follow the path to the ledges that ring around the volcano's walls. Continuing up, the player will encounter several fire jets and Bullies as well as a large fake wall that acts similar to a Thwomp, but it will only act when the player gets near it. Beyond that obstacle are several platforms the player has to jump across, and on one of the platforms is a Spinning Heart. Past the platforms are poles the player has to jump between followed by the Power Star.
