Despite this, his favorite color used to be green, until he wanted to change it to yellow a couple years ago when he considered himself a "geek". About Toadwill

His favorite season is the spring, due to his favorite hobby besides playing video games being bike riding. He also isn't a very good swimmer......which I guess makes sense because electricity and water don't mix. He is also mischievous sometimes, as some of his friends say he can be annoying at times. Toadwill has been playing video games for an outstanding 10 years, (approximately) he started when he was 4 years old! He will be turning 14 in just over 3 months. His real life name is Thomas, but his nickname is Tommy, almost nobody refers to him as Thomas, so his nickname is basically his primary name.

Important Information

• NOTE: I am 13 years old, so that means I do indeed have a school to go to and thus can't be online from 8:05 AM to 3:05 PM, EST (Eastern Standard Time) on weekdays. I I'll be online A LOT more on the weekends!

• The note above will change this year in September when I go from middle school to highschool, but only by a mere 30 minutes. It will most likely change to 7:35 AM to 2:35 PM

• Once again, I'm 13 going on 14 years old, so hat means I do have parents and I will get grounded sometimes. Though it is rare, I usually get grounded about 4 or 5 times a year, usually due to me failing classes at middle school. So if you notice me being offline for over 2 days, I'm probably grounded for about a week. This RARELY happens in the summer, plus I don't have school in the summer! :) so I will most likely be online NONSTOP in the summer!

Super Mario 64: Toadwill's Custom Texture Hack

About a week before I joined this wiki, I learned how to texture hack Super Mario 64 using Toad's Tool 64, and Paint.NET, and I started working on my first texture hack! It will simply be called "Toadwill's Custom Texture Hack" because this is my first texture hack, so I'm starting my first one off with a plain, simple name. There is no theme to it, it's basically just whatever I want the textures to be. It will be finished around the middle of June, approximately. So, yeah, I guess I'll place a download link here once it's ready.

A Rom Hack on Super Mario World, or one of the three games before it.

I haven't started progress on this one, but I'm thinking of it. I'm pretty sure I'll be able to understand whatever SMW hacking tool I find out there, cuz I was able to figure out texture hacks on SM64, and this will be wayyyyyy easier because it's in 2D. They probably have a level editor and GFX editor capability for whatever tool I use, so I could probably make a rom hack. I will move this project into he current sub-category once I get this started!

How I Got My Username

When I created this account on April 20, 2017, my username was originally "Tommy 8353". Tommy 8353 is my username on Youtube, so I just picked "Tommy 8353" withought really thinking because it is my username for a lot of things, and it is really simple for me. On April 24, 2017, I was an autoconfirmed user, and I wanted my own, cool profile picture and original username.

So I started thinking on what I should be that would sound really cool with my new username. So, I thought about how I really love Toads, so then at least I knew what species I was.

Then, I though about how I really, really love the color Yellow, and how me and my friends consider myself a "geek", and how I love electricity and thunder. So then I had settled on some type of Yellow Toad.

Then, I started pondering about what Mario Games I play. For some reason I started thinking of the Mario & Luigi series, and how there's this One geeky Toad named "Toadbert".

That's it! I had settled on my appearance, but not my username yet. A mixture of a normal Yellow Toad with Toadbert from the Mario & Luigi series! So I cracked away at my PC and fired up Paint.NET, my source for photo editing. Thus, my profile picture for the Super Mario Wikipedia was born.

Now for the username, which I felt took more time than the profile picture. Since "Toadbert" was already taken, I had to decide on a name that would fit a young, but somewhat smart little Yellow Toad.

I started thinking of three to four letter names that would sound cool, but smart going at the end of "Toad". (Since that's how Toadbert's name goes, I might as well do the same.) I first thought of Toadlin,.....and that was eventually scrapped. Next, there was Toadan...and then Toadon, then Toadsquirt,........then Toadwin,..okay, now we're getting somewhere...........aha! Toadwill!!! My username is Toadwill!!!!! And that's how I came to be Toadwill.

Timeline

Just a fun little thing that I decided to do so you guys can know a little more about me! (Basically my life story, lol) This is Toadwill's timeline!

August 10th, 2003. Sometime around 7:00 AM
When I was born, I was born with a broken chromosome, that's what the doctor's told my parents. You probably don't know what that means, so I will tell you. Basically, it means I have lost just a little genetic information, which could possibly lead to symptoms such as: ADHD, ADD, hyperactivity, depression, etc. Luckily, as I am here right now writing this, I had only gotten one of those symptoms: ADHD. I forget what it stands for, but it means that I'm not focusing correctly. I started taking pills for it when I was 7 years old. (2010) Right now, I take two pills for it and they help me a lot and I'm almost normal, which is really good, cuz some kid's pills don't help them at all. So yeah, that's the only really important thing when I was born, well, there's two more things: 1. I was actually a bit light weight than most babies. 2. My Dad only owned a truck at the time, so a bit before I was born he got a car, which had 4 seats, his truck only had 2, so he needed a car knowing that he had me on the way. He had (and still has) a truck because he is a plumber/carpenter/electrician and that is his work transportation. That may seem like a lot of occupations, but it all falls under the category of a "home repair guy".

Late 2004 - Early 2005
The next important part in my timeline is when I was about 1 and a half years old in 2004 and 2005. The only thing I need to mention here is that probably around this time I was achieving some of my milestones, such as: Talking, Walking, Losing Teeth, Etc.

August 10th, 2007
This is an EXTREMELY important part in my life!!! On my fourth birthday in 2007, is when I started plating video games. For my birthday, I got the system that started it all for me, the Nintendo DS. I remember some of my first games that I played: New Super Mario Bros. DS, Mario Kart DS, Mario Party DS, and some more. Now, I wasn't very good at games back then, It took me a long time to get where I am now, thank god I gave so much time into playing video games when I was just so young, and here I am, a decade later, a mad pro at games.

Christmas Day, 2008
On my 5th christmas, it was time for my next console. My first home console. The Nintendo Wii! My second console and first home console! I was soooo happy when I tore that wrapping paper to reveal a Wii. My first Wii games were: Super Mario Galaxy, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Wii Sports, and Wii Play. I remeber that I played Super Mario Galaxy the most, because I was a Mario fan, and Super Smash Bros. Brawl was too hard for me at the time, and I didn't really like sports, and, there was Wii Play......I guess....

Sometime in May, 2009
This is the most depressing part of my life, so I might as well get it over with. I probably shouldn't go into detail, just to prevent getting in a bit of trouble on this wiki. All I will say is, my parents got divorced because my Dad abused me. So my mom moved out of my Dad's house to a neighboring town. I visit my mom on somedays, and my dad somedays. (As of today, too.) And I will leave it at that.

September, 2009 - June, 2010
I changed schools due to my mom moving to a new apartment about 10 minutes away from my Dad's house. I was in second grade when I got glasses! I remember when I first got glasses, I as a bit nervous to go to school, but I figured I'd "play it cool" So, the next day I just walked in like I didn't have glasses, and.......that's all I remeber, lol. It was 7 years ago!

June, 2010 - December, 2011
Summer is passing, I have turned 8 years old, and I'm going into the 3rd grade now! (Eventually I turn 9 and enter 4th grade in this section, too. We will get to that later) Also, in these two years, I got not one, not two, not three, but four, yes, FOUR new consoles! Okay, I kinda got five. Okay, okay! I get it, lemme explain, lol. I said kind of five because I got a Wii at my mom's house, so I had two wiis, one at my Dad's and my Mom's. Anyways, the four consoles are: Gamecube, Playstation 2, Xbox 360, and 3DS. The gamecube was given to me by my neighbor, surprisingly. The PS2, I got from.......I can't remember....whoops. The Xbox 360 And 3DS my mom had bought for me. I got the Xbox 360 in the summer of 2011 and the 3DS The day it came out around my birthday of 2011. My first 3DS games were Super Mario 3D Land and Mario Kart 7.
