Should we have a subcategory for proposal templates? Like:
- {{ProposalOutcome}}
- {{TPP}}
- {{SettledTPP}}
- {{PArchive}}
- {{TPPDiscuss}} (upcoming)

- I think TPP and SettledTPP should remain in Category:Talk notices, and the others would already fit nicely in Category:Formatting templates.
