The Boy is a player for the Diamond City Roughs. He appears during Mona's stage in WarioWare: Smooth Moves.
He has a very strong crush on Mona, and during the game against The Dinosaurs, he tries very hard to win so that he can impress her. Afterwards, he tries to tell her about his feelings, but he's so nervous, that, by the time he manages to blurt it out, Mona has already driven off on her scooter.
