In this game, Mario faces off against three opponents one at a time. First, players will choose one of three cards: rock, paper, and scissors. Once both players have chosen their cards face down, the "Ro-Sham-Bo!" message will appear onscreen. On "Bo!", the cards flip over. Just like in a standard game: rock beats scissors, scissors cut paper, and paper covers rock. If both cards are the same, it will be a tie and the process repeats until there is a winner. Super Roshambo (stylized as SUPER Roshambo!) is a minigame that appears in Paper Mario: Color Splash. The minigame takes place at the Roshambo Temples with cheering Toads.

Prizes
- Round 1: 300-1000 coins
- Round 2: 500-1000 coins
- Round 3: Replica Thing Card and 1000 coins (Koopalings/Kamek Enemy Card and 1000 coins if the Rock Paper Wizard is defeated)
