Twila is basically the moon of the Party World, who gets into a fight with the sun, Brighton, in the game Mario Party 6. She controls the board for three turns and switches off with Brighton after the three turns are up.
Once all pages in the Miracle Book are bought, Brighton and Twila see how much work everyone has done to fill the Star Bank. They both make up and promise to get along.
