I can help :D

Go to Special:MyPage/sig and create it.
Type your signature. Example your name, a picture etc.
Go to your Preferences.
In the sig box, type {{subst:nosubst|User:IceYoshi/sig}} and mark the small box under it.
When talking in talk pages write ~~~~, which changes to your signature.
Done!
