:Can anyone confirm that the palettes are the same? ::Okay, it seems some have a different pallet. [[File:SMM-SMB-Mushroom.png|Super Mario Maker's Super Mushroom]] is a bit lighter than [[file:SMB Supermushroom.png|the original]]. But I'm pretty sure this doesn't apply to all of them. {{User:Alex95/sig}} 14:06, 27 June 2016 (EDT) |

New Super Mario Bros. U
Why aren't there pictures of the NSMBU items? --73.10.80.62 13:26, 21 January 2016 (EST)
- Because they weren't included in the press kit(s). Or if you mean "sprites", it is because they don't look good without difficult modification. --Hiccup (talk) 08:34, 22 January 2016 (EST)
What's the point of some of the sprites?
In other words, why did we upload new versions of the exact same sprite seen in earlier games? For example, the Fire Flower and Super Mushroom from any of the game styles. Using Chain Chomp's from SMB and a Hammer Bros. from SMW is, of course, fine seeing as they're new sprites. But did we really need to upload new versions of old sprites when we could've just reused them, thus using less space on the server? Aside from consistency, I don't think there's any point to using a different version of the same sprites. 12:00, 25 June 2016 (EDT)
