Wario's Battle Canyon?

Could this place likely be part of Wario's Battle Canyon? It's also possible this bob-omb hideaway and the canyon may be under the same control by Big-Bob-omb. If so is this worth mentioning? -- WarioLoaf (talk) 22:08, 30 August 2007 (EDT)

Some speculation is okay, but this would be too speculative. You can say this level is similar to the Battle Canyon, as a war between Bob-ombs occurs in both. But we shouldn't say they are the same place. -- Son of Suns

French Name?

Do we have any reason for giving the French name of the course? I'd say either remove it or add the name in German as well, that's the three languages SM64 was released in. - Cobold (talk · contribs) 15:26, 10 February 2008 (EST)

I'd say keep the French Name and add the German one, I think it's , ahem, encyclopedic to know how the various Marioverse characters/place/item/whatever. are called, especially when the name isn't a literal translation of the English/Japanese one. --Blitzwing 15:37, 10 February 2008 (EST)

If the names in other languages are direct translations of the name, what's the point in adding them? We're here to have all the info on the Mario Series, not to teach people foreign languages. I really don't see any need for the name's there, but w/e, it looks like more than one person DOES see a reason, so... ~Uniju(T-C-E)

Yeah, there is not many good reasons to add the various international names, but there isn't any reasons to not add them, either. For some reasons, I think it's awesome to know that Cool, Cool Mountain is know as "Bibberberg Bob" in German. --Blitzwing 16:49, 10 February 2008 (EST)

Article should be rewritten

Considering that most of the information were moved to that articles, we would be getting repeats, and I don't think that's a good idea. You'll also have to enact changes to the Galaxy pages (look at Good Egg Galaxy and Honeyhive Galaxy). You'll have to negotiate with those involved in those changes, which do include Time Turner (talk) and RandomYoshi (talk) (and me) as far as I know. I don't agree with restoring the information since it will run into a consistency problem with other articles that do have level details reserved for separate articles such as World 1 (New Super Mario Bros.). I oppose the split; 64/Sunshine/Galaxy missions are not like levels in a world, which exist as separate entities with their own individual layouts. 64/S/G missions are just different objectives to complete in one level, with the exception of stuff like the "secret" sub-levels in Sunshine. Splitting them off is like giving each Golden Banana in Donkey Kong 64 its own article. 21:59, 23 June 2016 (EDT)
