Harhall

Harhall, also known as Bleetch, is a master fashion stylist and tailor. He invented a new way of art (actually a way to color clothing) known as Splart in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, his only appearance. Harhall at one point got a hold of a piece of the Beanstar and decided that he'd only give it to his best employee. Harhall seemed nice (and therefore attracted many workers) until he got angry, as he had quite a temper. Nobody could take the challenge of working under his command until the Mario Bros. came along. They succeeded, and left with a Beanstar Piece. They could also optionally return and made every Splart combination possible under Harhall's oversee. The reward for this optional sidequest was Harhall Jeans.

It is rumored that Harhall is the shopkeeper of the Gear Shop in Beanbean Castle Town. Indeed, both Harhall and this shopkeeper look vaguely similar and have a similar affinity for style and clothing, although it is completely unconfirmed that they are the same person.
