Summary

Mario and have been called to help General George Washingtoad battle Redcoat Koopa, who then arrives at the camp and uses the Ice Scepter to freeze the Revolutionary army. After Mario uses a Fire Flower to defrost them, Luigi is sent to warn the Toads of the Koopa attack. However, he is captured en route and Readcoat Koopa demands that Mario surrenders.
