Face Position

Is it only me, or this sprite is DEFINITIVELY NOT Luigi? I mean, I played the game yesterday and Luigi didn't look like that. This Luigi from the Spriters Ressources is completely messed up (especially the face). You won't tell me that these two Luigis are the same.
