Mr. Kipper is a sub-species of Cheep-Cheep that can be found in The Seaas well as in the Sunken Ship, in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. They are close relatives to Goby, another enemy that appeared in the Kero Sewers. They are often met in a team with Crusties and Bloopers. Mr. Kipper is usually considered as one of the easiest enemies in the Sunken Ship, as he doesn't have high HP, and does not resort to any spell.
