Neo Bowser City

"Neo Bowser City" was nominated for featured article status at 15:05, 2 September 2015. If the nomination does not pass by 15:05, 1 November 2015, it will be considered failed.

The only major differences between the two articles is that there is a Mario Kart 8 section. I don't know if that's the difference for a featured article.
