Mario's Glove.
Mario has two Gloves in every game except in the first games (Donkey Kong, Donkey Kong Jr. and some others) and in games where he is a baby.
His gloves aren't really important, but in Luigi's Mansion, Mario looses one of his gloves, and Luigi has to find it.
