A Kriffid is a powerful plant-like enemy that is found in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars which closely resembles the Artichoker. The only difference is that a Kriffid is brown while an Artichoker is green. Kriffids are located in Land's End. They are often found alongside Geckits in battle.

- Kriffids likely receive their name from the Triffids, a fictional plant species from the novel The Day of the Triffids.
