Frame Chomps have a more different look than normal Chain Chomps. They won't attack if Yoshi is near them, but they will follow him. Yoshi can turn them to Chomp Rocks if he hits them with a Yarn Ball. They can be returned from the Chomp Rocks to normal Frame Chomps if Yoshi unties the ribbon on top of the Chomp Rocks.
