At this point in time, the only thing called "Starman" is this species, since Nintendo likes to play fast and loose with the name of the Star/Starman/Super Star. The most recent name has been fairly consistent since 2009, but there are plenty of people who still recognize them as Starmen and not Super Stars. At the same time, the Starman species appears as both an assist trophy and enemy in SSB4 (and a common one at that), though it's only been in one/two games so far. With all of that said, should we chop the identifier off this article and leave an articleabout in its place?

* The Mario item currently located at Super Star is by far the most common meaning of "Starman" within the context of Mario. I oppose such a move. Bwburke94 (talk) 01:04, 26 June 2015 (EDT)

Hello, I'm Time Turner.

The Mario item currently located at Super Star is by far the most common meaning of "Starman" within the context of Mario. I oppose such a move. Bwburke94 (talk) 01:04, 26 June 2015 (EDT)
Yeah, I disagree with the move. The identifier makes it clearer for users who want to search this article, as typing in the search bar will bring up several article names. Mario It's me, Mario! (Talk / Stalk) 16:37, 26 June 2015 (EDT)
