FP Drain is a badge in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. It can be bought from the Lovely Howz of Badges for 100 coins, and can rarely be dropped after winning a battle against Flower Fuzzies and Dark Puffs. If Mario equips the badge, his attacks become weaker by one point, but in exchange, they give one FP in return if the action command is successfully inputted. This does not apply to Mario's special moves (the ones obtained through the Crystal Stars), his partners' attacks, and any items that inflict damage. This only applies once for the attack as a whole, meaning that, even if an attack has multiple prompts to input the action command, only one FP is regained at its end. | |||
