Psystrike, in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U.

Psystrike is a Psychic-type move and Mewtwo's signature move in the Pokémon series as of Generation V appearing as its Final Smash in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U. When used, Mewtwo Mega Evolves into Mega Mewtwo Y, then fires a large ball of energy forward that dazes opponents caught by it. Afterward, Mewtwo delivers a mental attack to any caught opponents that deals high damage and knockback.

This projectile doesn't do any damage, but it freezes every foe it hits in place. They can even be frozen midjump! Afterward, every foe hit with the projectile will take a powerful psychic hit to the head.
