Rosie is an extremely vain flower that lives in Flower Fields. She is very selfish; Rosie only cares about herself, her beauty, and her beautiful possessions. In fact, Rosie would rather jeopardize someone else’s life than give up one of her belongings to help save that person. This actually happens during the events of Paper Mario. In the adventure, Lily, a lily pad who lives in Flower Fields, had her pond dried up. Of course, without the water the pond provides, Lily would wither away and die. When Mario asked Rosie for her precious Water Stone, the item that provided water, the vain flower refused to give up the jewel, choosing to sacrifice Lily than her Water Stone. Thankfully, Mario offered her a Crystal Berry from Posie; Rosie then traded the stone for the equally beautiful berry. However, Rosie remained vain to the end, remarking that she only saved Lily’s life so there would be one more flower alive to witness the selfish flower’s “beautyâ€.
You can find her at the end of the western path of Flower Fields. A blue flower gaurds the path ( who wants a Blue Berry for passage ) and past him is a large hedge maze. If you can guide Mario through it you'll find Rosie in her garden.
