Relationship between Softnica and Pax Softnica

I'm not sure Softnica and Pax Softnica are the same entity (though there's definitely a link between the two):

1: Hideto Kobayashi's (who worked at the company for close to seven years) LinkedIn profile states that Pax Softnica "doesn't exist anymore".

2: The Softnica website states that the company was founded in May 1987, while most sources (including the bio of the company's president on the same site) state that Pax Softnica was established in 1983. Furthermore, their list of product is missing several games credited to Pax Softnica

However, I don't know Japanese and the English web has pratically no information on the company, so I can't further examine it. The impression I got using google translate on the official website is that it's a subsidiary that survived the death of its parent company and is now focusing on outsourced assets and mobile development but well - google translate. If anyone fluent in Japanese could look at the website (or more specifically the pages http://www.softnica.com/company/index.html, http://www.softnica.com/profile/index.html and http://www.softnica.com/work/index.html, which mention Pax Softnica in passing) and see if there's any clarification of the relation between the two, I'd appreciate it. --Glowsquid (talk) 23:33, 12 January 2013 (EST)
