- In the latest Nintendo Direct on April 1, 2015, Mewtwo and Lucas were announced to be released as DLC characters for Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U on April 28, 2015 and June, respectively, as well as additional outfits and headgear releasing on April 15. The next waves of amiibo were also announced. A new application called amiibo Tap: Nintendo's Greatest Bits will be available on the Wii U eShop in spring 2015. Yoshi's Woolly World was confirmed to be released alongside Yarn Yoshi amiibos on June 26, 2015 in Europe and Australia, and in the fall of 2015 in North America. Mario Maker was confirmed to be released on September 2015.
