It seems that the acceleration glitch is fixed guys. It was probably fixed in Ver. 1.1. When I was checking if it was fixed or not, it was TRULY fixed! if Accel. is set on 1, it'll accelerate faster than 0.75! Also 1.25. I even tried a differend combo with 4.75 and accelerated slower than 5! Try it on Daisy Hills. Pause when you hit the wall in front of you. Because of this, I think we should remove it in the list of glitches. However it reappears in MK8 too but determined by the numbers 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 in the latter game. I think we should copy and paste the information onto the list of Mario Kart 8 glitches but changing the numbers to the ones I said above and the video (it's obviously a different game guys). | |||

Acceleration glitch fixed
New Unnamed Glitch
I found a glitch with the Time Trial ghosts twice, in SNES Rainbow Road and Wii Coconut Mall. When selecting a ghost, sometimes the Boos and your Mii get jumbled up in the top screen, and so it may look like your ghost has a better time than the expert staff ghost. The ordering of the ghosts and the times on the bottom screen stay the same, however.

3DS Rainbow Road Misplaced Item Box
This is not a glitch or a mistake by the developers. They can be reached without triggering Lakitu to get you for falling off the track. It just takes skilled use of your glider. --Wildgoosespeeder (talk) 18:16, 21 November 2012 (EST)
N64 Koopa Beach Red Shell Dodge
This is more of an exploit, but still. In N64 Koopa Beach, if you go into the shallow part of the water, or, right next to the wall, any red shells targeting you will fly right by, completely ignoring you. Thedata58ify
- Is it possible to supply a source for this glitch, and the one you posted above? Yoshi876 (talk)
- You mean like pictures or videos? It turns out the flying banana glitch was just some funny stuff that happened with in game physics, not a real glitch. But as soon as I get a 3ds capture card, I'll make a video showing off the N64 Koopa Beach Red Shell Dodge. thedata58ify (talk)
Found Another Blue Spiny Shell Glitch
When you get hit by an item [ex. Banana, Shell (esp. Red Shell) etc.] and the spiny shell hits you right after you get hit, you don't flip out until the animation of the character being hit by the other item is done. supersmash0001 (talk)
Mii gender glitch
When I select a Female Mii and then pick a Male Mii, the Male Mii acts like a Female Mii until I cancel a race or complete a Grand Prix, or change it agian. --KanatoX (talk) 23:24, 26 October 2014 (EDT)
