Stinky Herbs grow on the vines in Flower Fields in Paper Mario. They restore 5 HP each. They aren't especially helpful but since they're common in the level it makes a good item if the player doesn't have anything else. When Mario defeats the Bzzap!s, a Stinky Herb is dropped on the ground as Mario can obtain this item from Bzzap!s.

- Strange Leaf + Stinky Herb = Dizzy Dial
- Special Shake + Stinky Herb = Healthy Juice
- Cake Mix + Stinky Herb = Kooky Cookie
