In his first episode, DK calls him "Klaptrap," and in the second K. Rool starts calling him "Junior" - they don't say Junior the Giant Klaptrap at any point - although the Kongs do say something towards the end that sounds like either "Junior the Klaptrap?!" or possibly "The giant Klaptrap?!" in unison, but it's kind of hard to make out). So with that in mind, maybe "Klaptrap (character)" or "Junior (Donkey Kong Country)" would be more accurate?
