A '''Bowser Card''' is a card that appears in ''[[Mario Party: Island Tour]]''. It only appears in [[Shy Guy's Shuffle City]]. Unlike other cards, it is unique, meaning that there isn't another copy of it. This card don't allows to move. A Bowser Card is a card that appears in Mario Party: Island Tour. It only appears in Shy Guy's Shuffle City. Unlike other cards, it is unique, meaning that there isn't another copy of it. This card don't allows to move. Originally, the card wasn't intended to appear: in fact, after Toad mixes the Precision Cards (that allow to move), Bowser suddenly comes up and adds this card to the mix. It will be randomly distruited, so it will be given to a player. But that plyer, thanks to the board's mechanincs, can get rid of it, when another player draws one of his cards, but it can't be deleted completely.
