The music used is a slightly sped up version of Palm Tree Paradise's theme from Wario Land 4.
Gameplay
A man on a unicycle is in the middle of the screen, holding up a pile of packages. The player must move the man left and right to keep the bricks from tipping over.
- 1st level difficulty: There are four packages stacked on top of each other.
- 2nd level difficulty: There are six packages stacked on top of each other.
- 3rd level difficulty: There are eight packages stacked on top of each other.
