Hello there. I'm wondering if you clarify whether this image is fanmade or not?

It was within this picture. The Dimentio image itself looked official though. I did photoshop it a bit to put him in the standing position and added the hands from other artwork. I don't believe I put it on any wiki pages, though. -- 18:39, 24 April 2013 (EDT)

Unfortunately, for some reason the site the sprites came from seems to be down right now. It was right here: http://hocuspocus.taloncrossing.com/rii/pm3/ I downloaded them about a month or so ago.
