Pressing the red switch in front of the Yoshi is optional and will lead to a Flower. To continue onward, the player has to go on to the right and avoid enemies. The player will reach the next area. Overview

The player will have to switch to Baby Wario if the Yoshi doesn't have him yet and explore around the area using Wario's magnet to lower and lift the platforms with magnets on them.
