A Long-Last Shake is an item in Super Paper Mario. It regenerates the players HP over time. The player can buy it at Howzit's shop in Flipside. Using one begins a minigame where you must tilt your Wii Remote in the directions shown. Maximum effect is achieved by matching all five positions correctly.
