Fleep is the seventh Pixl partner of Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, and Bowser in the game Super Paper Mario. Fleep's powers let him flip the background, phasing hidden objects from one dimension into the one the player is currently in. Also, the ability can be used to stun enemies, dizzying them into submission for a short while. This effect can also be used on projectile attacks, rendering them harmless. When the player first meets Fleep, he is in an outhouse on Planet Blobule. The player must then retrieve him some paper, after which he pledges himself to Mario's team.

Trivia

  • Fleep's name is a pun on the word "flip", his special ability.
  • Fleep's name is similar to that of Fleeper, a flea-like enemy encountered in Yoshi's Island DS.
  • The quest of retrieving some paper for a mysterious character in the bathroom is remarkably similar to the one encountered in The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask.
