A Tornado is an offensive item found in Mario Kart Arcade GP, Mario Kart Arcade GP 2 and Mario Kart Arcade GP DX. It gets fired in a straight line, similar to a Green Shell, that stops when it touches a wall. For all items that can be shot straight, a crosshair appears once the player gets it in order to enhance aim. Once shot, whatever it hits gets spun out of the track and flown into the air akin to a real tornado. This causes their kart to come to a halt. The Tornado can go through opponents and take out multiple opponents in its path.
