A '''Pointey''' is a bamboo-like enemy that only appears in ''[[Yoshi's Island DS]]''. They are not really enemies, as they cannot harm [[Yoshi]], but more of an obstacle, as they pop from the ground to block Yoshi's way. A Pointey is a bamboo-like enemy that only appears in Yoshi's Island DS. They are not really enemies, as they cannot harm Yoshi, but more of an obstacle, as they pop from the ground to block Yoshi's way. They can be extremely tall or very short, but each and all can be popped by a single jump on the top, an egg, or Baby Donkey Kong's DK Dash Attack.
