Told before, when making new article page, put as much amount of effort or leave the page red linked until a user decides to fill in the contents. If you have problem of fill in decent amount of contents to new page before creating it, please read the Manual of Style and practice using the Sandbox. This is your final chance to stop making stub, and created good amount of contents to the new page you make. If you contiune this matter, i'll have to block you.
