The Guffawha Monster is a stone head in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. It lives in Guffawha Ruins. Luigi meets him during his quest to get Crabbie Grass and save his brother from Bean Fever. The residents in Little Fungitown mention he is a monster.
When Luigi meets him, the Guffawha Monster is actually nice and misunderstood; he is furious of people spreading rumors of him being a monster, so he challenges Luigi to a minigame.
