Mildes are small, pink ball-like creatures that appear in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3. They march around in lines and are most common in Marching Milde's fort. Like balloons, they pop if a Yoshi steps on one. After a Yoshi pops one of these enemies, all the others around it would float away a little bit. A few of them are very large and have to be Ground Pounded to be defeated.
Trivia
- The Milde's name is most likely derived from the word "mildew," of which it resembles a drop of.
- The Milde also bear a uncanny resemblance to Kirby, being both are pink with red feet and both have balloon like qualities.
